Extraction: Peach Kernel Oil is obtained by cold pressing of the Fruit Kernel of the tree which is cultivated in Spain.
Properties: Peach kernel oil contains vitamins A and E as well as a variety of B-group vitamins. Of these, vitamin E is particularly beneficial to your skin as it is an antioxidant, eliminating free radicals, which are harmful by-products of the metabolic process associated with aging and some cancers.
Peach Kernel is a soothing oil for dry and chapped skin. It has excellent emollient properties. It has excellent moisturising, regenerative, nourishing and revitalising properties and is a fine textured and gentle oil which makes it great to use on dry or chapped skin. It is also very useful in facial massages. It can improve elasticity, smooth wrinkles and prevent dehydration. It can also benefit sensitive or inflamed skin.
Uses: Peach Kernal oil can be used on its own but is even better when used as a carrier oil in conjunction with pure essential oils. It may be used to enrich creams or as a massage oil.
