Source: Citrus aurantium is grown in Egypt and Tunisia.
Extraction: Neroli Absolute Oil is obtained by ethanolic extraction of the concrete, itself produced by solvent extraction of the flowers.
Aroma: Neroli Absolute Oil has an intensely floral, citrusy, sweet and exotic scent.
Fragrance note: Middle.
Properties: Antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, antispasmodic, aphrodisiac, carminative and tonic.
Uses: Massage, baths, vaporization and may be added to base emollients. It is an ingredient in high-class perfumery and can also be used to fragrance candles, potpourri and room fresheners.
Blends well with: Benzoin, Chamomile, Clary Sage, Coriander, Frankincense, Geranium, Ginger, Grapefruit, Jasmine, Juniper, Lavender, Lemon, Lime, Mandarin, Myrrh, Orange, Palmarosa, Petitgrain, Rose, Sandalwood and Ylang Ylang.
Caution: Always dilute Neroli Absolute Oil to 5% or less in a carrier oil before application.
