Properties: Lavender Spike essential oil is one of the safest and most commonly used oil in aromatherapy. It is both relaxing and stimulating, a powerful antiseptic and healer. It calms, refreshes, invigorates and lifts the spirits.
In aromatherapy Lavender Spike Essential Oil is excellent for releasing tension, counteracting tiredness, lifting the spirits, improving minor skin problems and soothing aches or pains when used in massage.
Because it is so gentle, it may be applied undiluted to burnt skin or insect bites and is safe to use during pregnancy.
Uses: Massage, baths, vaporization, poultice, compress and may be added to base emollients or used as a room spray.
Blends well with: Cedarwood, Clary Sage, Clove, Eucalyptus, Lavender, Oakmoss, Patchouli, Petitgrain, Pine and Rosemary.
