Source: Abies siberica is widely grown in Russia and Siberia.
Extraction: Fir Needle Essential Oil is obtained by steam distillation of the fresh needles of the Pinus type tree.
Aroma: Fir Needle essential oil has a pungent, woody and sweet scent.
Fragrance note: Middle.
Properties: Fir Needle essential oil is an uplifting oil used with massage to release the tension of lifeâ€™s daily stresses and strains. It is antiseptic and astringent and can help to relieve the symptoms of the common cold including muscular aches and pains when used in massage.
Uses: Massage, baths and vaporization.
Blends well with: Benzoin, Cedarwood, Clary Sage, Eucalyptus, Lavender, Lemon, Marjoram, Orange and Niaouli.
Caution: Always dilute Fir Needle essential oil to less than 5% before application to the skin. Avoid using if in the sun and may cause irritation to the eyes.
