Extraction: Rose Geranium essential oil is obtained by steam distillation of the flowers, leaves and stems of the plant.
Aroma: Rose Geranium essential oil has a fresh, floral scent.
Fragrance note: Middle.
Properties: Rose Geranium essential oil is a thin, yellow oil. It is balancing and relaxing and helps support stable emotions. It is suitable for all skin types and is slightly astringent. It may also be used as a lice and mosquito repellent.
Uses: Massage, bath, vaporization and may be added to base emollients.
Blends well with: Angelica Root, Basil, Bergamot, Carrot Seed, Cedarwood, Citronella, Clary Sage, Grapefruit, Orange, Lavender and Rosemary.
Caution: Always dilute to 5% or less in a carrier oil before application to the skin.
